Can I get a custom size?

Yes. Every size in the selector is priced instantly. If you need something in between, order the closest size; your exact dimensions are set in the technical drawing you approve before production.

Will I see my exact marble before it's made?

Yes. We send a photo of the actual slab your piece will be carved from. Approve it or ask us for another slab.

How long does it take?

Handcrafting takes 2–3 weeks after your drawing and slab are approved. FedEx Express then delivers in 3–5 business days to the USA.

What if it arrives damaged?

Every piece travels in a custom timber crate with foam and is insured door to door. If it is damaged in transit, we carve a new one free of charge.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel with a full refund before you approve your drawing and production starts. As every piece is made to your order, it can't be cancelled once carving begins.

Does every piece look the same as the photos?

No two are alike — natural veining is unique to each block. That's why you approve your own slab photo before we cut.
